Return Policy

Changes and Returns 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange or return, as long as the products are in the same conditions as at the time of purchase.

 

Requirements

Our return policy lasts for 15 business days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 

In order to make a return, the product needs to be unused, unaltered and have its original label.

Discounted products are NOT returnable.

 

Returns

For changes / returns send us an email to hello@modernbaby.mx with the following information:

* Full name

* Cell phone number

* Number of order

* Product name and size

* Date when the purchase was made

* Reason for which the product is returned

 

Refunds

We only grant store credit for the price of the product, we do not make any money refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. You will also receive your credit code by mail that you can use in your next purchase, either online or in our physical store, valid for 1 month.

 

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the product. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your order, we ask that you let us know by email as soon as possible at hello@modernbaby.mx and we will do our best to cancel the order. If your order has already been shipped, please send an email to hello@modernbaby.mx
